Registration procedure
The registration process consists of the following steps:
1. Pre-registration
Complete the online registration form by providing your personal and affiliation details.
2. Abstract submission
After completing the pre-registration, you will be able to submit an abstract for an oral or poster contribution.
3. Registration confirmation and payment
Further information regarding registration fees, payment procedures and deadlines will be provided in due course.
Important
- Each participant must complete their own registration.
- Please make sure that the information provided during registration is correct and complete.
- Pre-registration is required before abstract submission.
- Registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance of an abstract. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Organising Committee.

*An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old or older) who is not working in a science related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related sciences field or a student in a chemistry and/or physics related program may not attend the conference as an accompanying person.
– Accompanying persons have to register to the same registration form provided for participants.
– All accompanying persons will be required to wear their name badge at the meals they attend.
