All participants are required to pre-register before submitting an abstract.

Deadlines

• 01.11.2026  Open registration
• 19.02.2027  Deadline abstract submission for contributed talks
• 12.03.2027  Notification of acceptance for talks
• 19.03.2027  Registration deadline for early birds
• 30.04.2027  Deadline abstract submission for poster presentations
• 21.05.2027  Notification of acceptance for posters
• 31.05.2027  Registration deadline participants.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

To cancel you registration, please send a written note to fandbevents1@gmail.com

• Up to 31^st May 2027 – 50% refund
• After 31^st May 2027– no refund can be made

All refund payments will be made after the Conference.
